On Monday 20th July , Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel will welcome guests to Ristorante Dei Cappuccini for an exclusive four hands dinner created by Executive Chef Claudio Lanuto and Giuseppe Costantino, patron of Terrazza Costantino, set in the heart of Sicily’s Madonie Mountains.
Inspired by their respective territories, the two chefs will take guests on a culinary journey from mountain to sea, showcasing seasonal ingredients, local traditions, and refined techniques through a menu designed to express the identity of their roots. A meeting of landscapes, flavours, and traditions, interpreted with authenticity and creativity.
